Key Responsibilities
As a Pastry Section Supervisor, your primary duties will include:
- Ensuring all pastry items are crafted to the highest standards, adhering to established recipes and guidelines.
- Overseeing the quality of baked products throughout all stages of preparation and presentation.
- Managing inventory for the pastry section, including procurement of supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Ensuring that all pastry equipment and tools are kept in optimal condition.
- Training and mentoring junior pastry staff, ensuring compliance with recipes, techniques, and safety standards.
- Upholding health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
About You
