Key Responsibilities

- Foster a positive working atmosphere that ensures patients receive exemplary care.

- Maintain a patient-centered approach, ensuring dignity and privacy are upheld at all times.

- Adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and relevant guidelines.

- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to establish standards for nursing practice and patient care.

- Provide assistance to the Matron, Senior Sister, and the broader multidisciplinary team.

- Ensure all clinical and legal nursing documentation is completed accurately, maintaining confidentiality in line with trust policies and NMC guidelines.

- Participate in the secure storage and administration of medications in accordance with Trust policies.

Job Responsibilities

- Assess patient needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care programs tailored for critically ill individuals.
