Director of Building Surveying Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Director of Building Surveying to join our team at Brandon James. As a Director of Building Surveying, you will be responsible for leading a team of Building Surveyors and developing a business strategy focused on the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business strategy for the public sector
  • Lead a team of Building Surveyors and provide guidance and support
  • Manage and deliver projects to clients in the public sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the consultancy space, preferably within the public sector
  • MRICS qualification is highly desirable
  • Business development and team management experience is essential
