Job Title: General Foreman

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Foreman with a strong infrastructure background to join our team at Calco Services. As a General Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of site personnel, including engineers, technicians, and laborers.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that expenses are within approved limits.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure projects, including design, construction, and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
