Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Team Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Quality Assurance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: The successful candidate will have experience of leading projects through the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Quality Planning: The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining Project Quality Plans throughout the Project Lifecycle.
  • Quality Control: The candidate will work closely with the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) team to ensure Quality is delivered effectively and as per the contract.
  • Compliance: The candidate will ensure compliance with the Specifications, Standards, and Codes applicable to the Project.
  • Risk Management: The candidate will identify, manage, and mitigate Quality Risks.
  • Issue Resolution: The candidate will ensure Quality issues are reported, highlighted, and addressed to satisfactory closure.
  • Contract Management: The candidate will oversee any 3rd Party Inspection, Verification, and Testing (IVT) contract.
  • Quality Awareness: The candidate will maintain Quality Awareness across the contract team.
  • Audit Program: The candidate will implement and be custodian of the Contract Quality Audit program.
Authority
  • Stop Work Authority: The candidate will have the authority to stop work if not in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
Health, Safety, and Environment
  • Regulatory Compliance: The candidate will comply with Regulatory requirements at all times.
  • HSE Policies: The candidate will support and comply with our 10 Global Rules and HSE Policies.
