Our TeamWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 8 chefs in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 8 chefs in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
- Source and procure the finest Scottish produce, including beef, lamb, and venison, from local farms and game teams
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
This role comes with an equal share of the tips, which equates to roughly £3000 per year.
