Responsibilities:- Design and implement lesson plans tailored for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

- Collaborate with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and other educational staff to enhance student development

- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related discipline
- Prior experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
- Proven ability to manage behaviour effectively
- Comprehensive understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) methodologies
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Patience and resilience in addressing challenging behaviours
- A sense of humour to engage students effectively
- Additional certifications in Special Education
- Training in behaviour management strategies
- Part-Time hours

All quoted pay rates will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the potential for a permanent role in the future.
