McCormick & Company is seeking a dedicated full-time Field Sales Merchandiser to operate within various regions.

This position involves a 40-hour work week from Monday to Saturday (with Wednesday off), offering flexibility in start times. Sunday work is not typically required, except during peak seasons when additional compensation is provided. Some overnight travel may be necessary, with workdays scheduled from Monday to Friday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key retail partners including major supermarket chains.
  • Utilize technology to ensure product availability and maintain high execution standards in-store.
  • Deliver and manage stock to retail locations daily to guarantee optimal product presence and adherence to merchandising plans.
  • Oversee and maintain accurate store records, including inventory management.
  • Provide support for other brands within the McCormick portfolio as needed.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Possession of a valid UK driving license (essential), eligibility to work in the UK, and a UK bank account.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Exhibit a positive, proactive attitude in managing store relationships and expectations.
  • Enjoy working on the road and independently.
  • Collaborate with a broader team to share insights and best practices for business success.
  • Prioritize customer needs in all activities.
  • Comfortable with technology usage.
  • Appreciate the physical aspects of the role.
  • Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or hospitality is advantageous.
