Job Title: Lead Planner - Project Manager
Job Summary:
Monroe International is seeking an experienced Lead Planner to join our team as a Project Manager. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for managing a new division and overseeing the planning process for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Management: Develop and implement workable construction programmes, monitor their progress, and identify areas of concern during the planning stage.
- Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to assist the team with planning issues and provide guidance on site.
- Progress Reporting: Collate progress information and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Advice and Expertise: Provide advice and expertise across various projects, leveraging your experience and knowledge to drive project success.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 10 years of construction planning experience within the contractor environment.
- Project Management: Proven track record of working on large-scale Commercial & Residential projects in London.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Asta Powerproject.
- Contract Knowledge: Solid understanding of JCT Form of Contract conditions and their implications on planning.
