Job Title: Divisional Director Investment Operations

St. James's Place is seeking an experienced Divisional Director Investment Operations to lead our Investment Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the effective functioning of Investment Operations, including Fund Accounting, Box Management, Account Event Management, and Change Delivery.
  • Ensure Unit Pricing and Box Management are carried out effectively, with appropriate systems and controls in place to prevent/mitigate errors.
  • Set and oversee policies, procedures, and processes for all Investment Operations related activity across the Group.
  • Drive innovation and collaboration within Investment Operations to meet the demands of SJP's developing product set, internal client expectations, and future growth.
  • Manage the operational governance framework for Investment Managers, Fund Administrators, Custodians, Auditors, and Brokers.
Requirements:
  • Extensive Investment Operations Leadership experience within the Asset management industry.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing multi-functional teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Experience of high-net-worth investment services and managing third-party product offerings.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience writing compelling reports and articulating complex information to wide and varied audiences.
