Senior Electronics Modelling Engineer

Raytheon UK is seeking an experienced and high-performing Electronics Modelling Engineer to join a successful Assured Position, Navigation and Timing (APNT) team within the Global Sensors Mission Area. The role will be based at Raytheon's Harlow facility and the successful candidate will report directly to the APNT Hardware/Firmware Engineering Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with system engineers and modellers on electronic subsystem architectures.
  • Work alongside embedded software engineers and mechanical engineers.
  • Develop and integrate electronic designs into products.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience with embedded digital electronics and microprocessor systems.
  • Knowledge of defence engineering standards and airborne standards.
  • Ability to analyse and report on technical data.
  • Familiarity with systems engineering approaches.
  • Experience creating DO254 compliant electronic systems.
  • APNT systems domain knowledge or experience in a similar field.
