Job Description

  • Lead a team within the Operations Finance department to drive financial performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide detailed financial analysis and insights
  • Work with Operational Managers to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Develop and manage forecasts, budgets, and financial reports to inform business strategy
  • Deliver financial expertise to support business growth and expansion
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance
  • Develop reporting inputs and engage with local Finance Teams to drive business outcomes
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting to inform business decisions

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least five years of post-qualified experience in financial operations
  • Strong background in manufacturing and operational reporting
  • Advanced analytical skills and understanding of financial management
  • Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
