About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students in the classroom and with small groups, providing support to access learning activities and meet their needs.
You will establish mutually respectful and supportive relationships with our students, and provide personal and intimate care as required. Experience working with secondary school-aged students is an advantage, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
We cater for students with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, including those with Education Health and Care Plans. Our department is well-resourced and includes fantastic practitioners.
