We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will be responsible for managing temporary works on a major infrastructure upgrade project.
About the Role:
- Establish and maintain the project temporary works register.
- Ensure that all relevant procedures, inspections, and checks are carried out.
- Review temporary works proposals from the design teams and trade contractors.
- Ensure that loadings from temporary works are accepted by the permanent works designers.
- Ensure that temporary works permits are approved and communicated.
- Ensure that detailed trade contractor procedures for the control of temporary works are produced and implemented.
- Review the proposed appointment of the trade contractors TWCs.
Requirements:
- A degree qualification in engineering or project management and a member of a relevant institute.
- Construction delivery experience, ideally in nuclear/defence projects.
- Site H&S management experience.
- PM plus: project or site manager with strong experience in temp works.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £70,000 - £75,000 (negotiable depending on experience).
- A car allowance of £7200.
- 27 days + bank holidays, generous pension, private health cover, and more.
