Software Team Lead -.Net

Cathcart Technology is seeking a highly skilled Software Team Lead to join our Agile team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Software and Automation Engineers, providing technical leadership and guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of our SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Software and Automation Engineers, providing technical guidance and support
  • Ensure the successful delivery of our SaaS products, working closely with the development squad
  • Collaborate with the Lead Software Engineer to drive technical decisions and architectural direction
  • Develop and implement software development best practices, ensuring adherence to SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Restful API's
  • Work closely with the development team to identify and prioritize technical tasks, ensuring timely delivery of features and fixes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Team Lead or Manager in a software development setting
  • Strong technical skills in.Net, C#, and Azure
  • Experience with cloud services, databases, and DevOps tooling
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
