About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Professional to join our team at Priory Group. As a Fitness Professional, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide exercise interventions to patients with mental illness, personality disorder, and mild to moderate learning disability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver exercise programs to promote physical and mental health in patients
- Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients to encourage engagement in exercise
- Ensure patient safety during exercise activities
- Document patient progress and provide updates to the clinical team
- Facilitate sports and exercise groups on-site and in the community
