Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and entertained throughout their visit.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with the operation of bingo games, slots, and other entertainment activities, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers.
- Upsell and promote Mecca Bingo's products and services, such as food and drink, to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements
