STORE MANAGER

WHAT WILL YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE?

For our upcoming store launch, we are in search of a Store Manager to join our vibrant team.

Reporting directly to the Store Director, you will oversee the daily operations of the store. Your primary focus will be to surpass sales objectives, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and maintain an impeccable store presentation. You will lead and inspire your team, fostering an environment that is both dynamic and enjoyable.

  • 40 hours per week, spread over 5 days.
  • Full flexibility is essential.
  • Availability from Monday to Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service within the store.
  • Strategically plan and implement measures to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Analyze management indicators and costs to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate on merchandising standards and optimize retail space for maximum profitability.
  • Maintain familiarity with the product collection and manage stock effectively to boost sales.
  • Serve as a role model and encourage effective communication within the team.
  • Recruit, train, and ensure the smooth integration of new team members.
  • Motivate and lead the team, focusing on staff development.
  • Organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks efficiently, optimizing resources and minimizing expenses.
  • Oversee personnel administration responsibilities.
Your Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience in managing a fast-paced retail environment within the fashion industry. You should be self-driven, capable of inspiring teamwork through leading by example, and achieving remarkable results. A proven track record in maximizing profitability is essential. You should be sales-oriented, organized, and resilient, with strong problem-solving skills, able to thrive under pressure and adapt to change.
