About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Automation Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our Digital Technologies portfolio, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks and tools to support our agile development teams.
  • Collaborate with developers and test engineers to identify and prioritize testing needs, and develop strategies to address gaps in test coverage.
  • Research and implement new technologies and techniques to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain test infrastructure, including continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Contribute to the development of our quality engineering culture, and provide guidance and support to team members on testing best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation, with a strong background in agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of programming languages, including Java, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks, such as Selenium or Appium.
  • Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
