We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Operose Health.
Main Responsibilities- Assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained.
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
- Provide care for presenting patients, treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.
- UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience.
- Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
- Good knowledge of quality outcomes framework.

What We Offer- Annual salary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
