About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Front End Software Engineer to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a hybrid remote role, you will be required to work from our Birmingham office one day a week, collaborating with our USA-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality front-end user interfaces and experiences using a variety of technologies.
  • Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across B2B digital products, requiring a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in front-end development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of Vanilla JS.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and a background in either Vue.JS or React.JS.
  • Excellent UI/UX skills and an appreciation for design principles.
  • Experience with automated testing and CRO tools (e.g. Optimizely, Google Optimize, Monetate).
