Job Title: Biomed Team Leader

Job Summary:

The Biomed Team Leader will be responsible for the daily coordination of all tasks related to the Bio Med Customer Care operation. This role is focused on organisation and delegation of work for centralised Biomedical contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Daily Tasks: Responsible for the daily coordination of all tasks related to the Bio Med Customer Care operation.
  • Team Support: Work as part of a Team to support the management of the Ergéa UKI Customer Care Centre across all product lines, setting high standards for customer service and performance.
  • Contract Management: Accountable for the delivery and management of contractual customer service levels and KPI reporting for Bio Med contracts.
  • First Line Support: Provide first line support to Team members for the daily coordination of all tasks related to the service provision of Ergéa's Customer Care Centre.
  • Administration: Accountable for the timely completion of all administration tasks relating to the Bio Med function.
  • Customer Service: Deliver and inspire team members to provide outstanding customer service to advance customer satisfaction and nurture client relationships.
  • Supplier Relationships: Establish and maintain external supplier relationships to assist with upholding exceptional levels of customer service and preserve service levels.
  • Communication: Accountable for department internal and external communications ensuring that information is accurate, timely and on brand.
  • Training and Development: Support departmental training programmes to support cross-functional resilience and business continuity programmes.
  • Inter-Functional Communication: Ensure that there is excellent communication with and support of other functions within Ergéa UK notably new sales, account management, field service operations and finance.
  • Service Link: Maintain the critical link between clients, service providers and operations managers to achieve a best in class service.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work as part of a team to support and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Process Management: Ensure that ISO process and any other documentation are maintained.
  • Cover and Support: Provide cover and support to department Managers during times of absence or as otherwise delegated.

Capability Profile:

Qualifications:

  • NVQ 1-4 Customer Service
  • Vocational Customer Service Certificate (Desirable)

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Excellent written communication
  • Intermediate IT skills to include Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Self-motivated with a flexible can do attitude
  • Adaptability to change
  • Good inter-personal skills, must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually

Experience:

  • Working in a call centre environment
  • Understanding and monitoring service level agreements
  • Ability to recover customer conflict through the use of positive language
  • An understanding of medical equipment
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously

  • English

  • DBS - Disclosure & Barring Service disclosure (formally Criminal Records Bureau disclosure)
  • A DBS Enhanced Disclosure is required for all applicants.
