Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Property Project Managers to join our team at CGP. As a Property Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of our property portfolio, including pubs, farms, offices, private houses, and our newly extended distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate property projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and present project reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing property projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing project requirements.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
