Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a skilled Electronics Engineering Lead to join a dedicated team focused on the design and production of high-quality printed circuit boards (PCBs) and sensors. This role is pivotal in enhancing fault detection and quality assurance within the water management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advance current electronic products
  • Innovate and develop new engineering solutions
  • Establish and maintain efficient management practices within the engineering division

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field
  • At least 6 years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity
  • Expertise in designing low-power mixed-signal PCBs
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting electronics, sensors, and embedded systems
  • Proven experience in guiding products from initial prototype to full-scale production
  • In-depth understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in a small business setting
  • Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BoM) management and product lifecycle
  • Familiarity with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  • Mechanical design proficiency using 3D CAD software
  • Experience in sensor calibration and automated testing
  • Rapid prototyping capabilities
