About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Team Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of managers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of managers to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of business plans and initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sales data to inform business decisions.

Requirements
