The working hours are structured from 7:00 to 19:00, with a rotation of 3 days one week and 4 days the next.
This is a full-time position, offering a competitive annual salary of up to £41,475, commensurate with experience.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Current engagement in Continual Professional Development (CPD)

Responsibilities Overview
As a GPHC registered Pharmaceutical Care Specialist with Practice Plus Group, you will:
Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care by actively seeking and responding to patient feedback to ensure personalized care. You will focus on providing a secure and efficient medicines management service, maintaining patient records to the highest standards, and adhering to established operating procedures.
Provide non-judgmental care within professional standards, which may include timely medication administration and evaluating cost-effective prescribing practices as outlined in our health in justice medicines policy. Your role will be crucial in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Foster excellence by building strong relationships within our teams, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring a service that is trustworthy, safe, and respected. Collaborate to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support, creating an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to perform at their best.
Advocate for best practices, evidence-based care, and continuous quality improvement, promoting a culture of shared learning. Communicate complex or sensitive information with empathy and understanding to patients.
