About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Service Engineer to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our Hard Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems across our sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all Preventive Maintenance (PPMs) tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • React to and resolve electrical faults in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in the management of subcontractors on site, ensuring they adhere to ISS policies and procedures.
  • Carry out electrical work to the required quality standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical support to the site management team, ensuring contractual compliance and achievement of client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Resolve electrical-related contractual queries and support the team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Service Engineer with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical role, with a time-served qualification in electrical engineering. Relevant technical qualifications, such as the 18th Edition, are essential. Mechanical experience and basic plumbing and fabric maintenance skills are desirable.
