About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vault Operative. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and secure delivery of cash and other valuables to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of the branch, including supporting with a fleet of high-spec security armoured vehicles.
  • Collate deliveries and collections, and ensure the safe loading and unloading of customers' money.
  • Provide effective communication between branch management and road crew, as well as liaising with customers on day-to-day service and operational requirements.
  • Comply with all vault and dispatch procedures and systems in accordance with company standards.
