If you possess approximately 1-3 years of experience in assisting Relationship Managers, particularly within a corporate banking or wholesale banking context, we would be eager to connect with you.
This is a permanent position requiring in-office attendance four days a week, with one day designated for remote work.
The primary objective of this role is to provide support to the Corporate Banking Relationship Managers. You will engage in the comprehensive process of new deal origination, structuring, and execution, while also assisting the RMs in all facets of post-lending management.
Key Responsibilities1. Conduct due diligence analysis, prepare Credit Proposals, facilitate client onboarding, and manage facility funding for new transactions.
2. Contribute to business development efforts and actively promote the bank's offerings to targeted clientele.
3. Maintain regular communication with key industry contacts to stay informed about market trends.
4. Play a crucial role in monitoring covenants and post-lending activities of the bank's existing loan portfolio.
5. Execute periodic and non-periodic reviews of current portfolio accounts.
6. Collaborate with counterparties to ensure all deadlines are adhered to.
7. Develop skills essential for account planning, client pitching, and cross-selling, while gaining initial experience in client ownership.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree, possess exceptional communication skills, demonstrate strong rapport-building abilities, and be results-driven. Experience in a similar capacity within Financial Services, preferably in corporate banking, is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous but not mandatory.
