First Military Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our client's team based across London and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established business that offers excellent career advancement prospects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections to identify and report major repair needs
  • Ensure contractors complete works to the company's standards
  • Perform maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
  • Support the operations team during tenant move-ins
  • Provide problem-solving skills and think creatively to resolve issues

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance or construction
  • Knowledge of hardware tools and electrical equipment
  • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Basic maths skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
