About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our Maintenance Team at Anfield Stadium. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plumbing and drainage systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake general maintenance, fault finding, and repair works to all plumbing and drainage systems.
  • First response to all system and plant breakdowns, carrying out fault diagnosis and rectification.
  • Carry out new installations and project works as required.
  • Provide stadium management with recommendations for life cycle replacements and system upgrades.
  • Manage maintenance, testing, repairs, and chemical dosage of player's spa and ice baths.
  • Conduct weekly flushing of water systems throughout the stand as part of legionella prevention.
  • Prioritize workload using the CAFM system to ensure all works are logged, considering out of hours functions and match days.
  • Manage and oversee external contractors, ensuring their works are satisfactorily completed with minimum disruption to the business.
  • Undertake statutory and non-statutory PPMs on site at Anfield.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Plumbing and Heating qualification.
  • Water Hygiene Legionella Prevention experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of specialized plumbing, heating, pool management, fire sprinkler, and legionella prevention methods.
  • Experience in undertaking PPMs and a full clean UK driver's license.
