Prima Ardelle Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team to success. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving branch profitability, managing staff performance, and providing training and support to staff.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and follow up on new leads, generate new business, and canvass for new opportunities.
- Sales Progression: Negotiate and agree offers on properties, deal with customer inquiries, and ensure smooth sales progression.
- Team Management: Manage staff performance, provide training and support, and foster a positive team environment.
- Valuation and Listing: Conduct valuations and listings, and drive branch profitability through effective sales strategies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in property sales, valuing, and listing.
- Skills: Strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service.
- Driving License: Full clean UK driving license and car.
