About the Role

The Treasury Manager is a key position within the Finance team at NEC Software Solutions, providing expertise on all aspects of banking and cash management across a multi-entity, multi-currency organisation. The role is expected to provide insight to enable the Group Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer to make business-critical decisions, as well as supporting all other parts of the organisation in day-to-day cash management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize risk
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
  • Manage and motivate an assistant finance analyst
  • Collaborate with Banking, Payroll, and Accounts payable teams based in India and UK-based teams for Credit Control, Finance Business Partners, and Systems
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Requirements
  • Preferably a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or Accountancy or Treasury professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or ACT)
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS office, Intermediate Excel skills are essential
  • Experience of using SAP and treasury system implementation and development
