Job Title: Bank Chef

Shaw healthcare is seeking a skilled Bank Chef to join our team at Plas Cae Crwn. As a Bank Chef, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, fresh, and home-cooked meals to our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals for residents and staff in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents, including cultural and religious requirements.
  • Order supplies within the catering budget and company policy guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate catering records and adhere to HACCP and COSHH guidelines.
  • Participate in inspections by Environmental Health and/or care regulators and Local Authorities.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage the Catering Team.
