Key Responsibilities:
  • Safe Delivery and Installation: Safely deliver and install products in customer properties, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, keeping them informed and ensuring their delivery is carried out to the highest standards.
  • Communication: Maintain regular contact with your site throughout the day to meet any changes to customer delivery or unplanned issues.
  • Product Handling: Handle all products safely and with care, supporting colleagues to do the same.
  • Physical Role: Support the driver in delivering products into properties.
  • Delivery and Collection: Carry out delivery and collection of tote boxes and products from retail stores.
Requirements:
  • DBS Check: Basic in-date DBS check required for this role.
  • Driving Experience: Previous experience driving a 7.5 Tonne vehicle.
  • Driving Licenses: Full UK C1 driving licence and CPC Card.
