Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our Newcastle Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading structural engineering projects and providing technical expertise to clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structural engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality technical output and meeting client expectations.
  • Conduct structural assessments and inspections of new and existing properties, utilizing expertise in steel, concrete, masonry, and timber.
  • Develop and implement structural analysis and design using software packages such as Tekla Structural Designer and Fastrak Building Designer.
  • Prepare high-quality technical reports, including structural surveys, and ensure consistency in technical output.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in structural analysis, design, and software implementation.
  • Excellent communication, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
