Spire Hartswood Hospital is experiencing growth and is excited to announce an opportunity for a Sanitation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional cleaning services throughout the hospital and its auxiliary facilities.

Our work schedule operates on a rota basis, with shifts available in the following patterns:

7am – 3pm

2pm – 10pm

Occasional night shifts may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Execute cleaning schedules according to the shift, ensuring that all rooms are prepared and arranged as needed, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in both office and public areas. Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations, including COSHH compliance. Perform any additional duties that reasonably align with the general nature and level of responsibility of the position.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Previous experience in a similar role within a customer-focused environment. Awareness of Health & Safety practices and COSHH is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Flexibility in working days and hours is essential.
