We are seeking an experienced Packing and Dispatch Operations Specialist to join our team at Pertemps Daventry. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packing and dispatch of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Packing and Processing: You will be responsible for packing and processing products into stores locations in accordance with daily schedules and deadlines.
- Quality Control: You will inspect packing materials and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Packing Paperwork and Reports: You will process packing paperwork and reports accurately.
- Inventory Management: You will keep track of inventory by ensuring it's accurately recorded and assist in regular stock checks for products and packaging materials.
- Communication: You will communicate effectively with other departments and management as necessary.
- Shipping and Receiving: You will assist and prepare shipments following work instruction and unpack, sort, book in and locate weekly China shipments.
Requirements:
- Experience: You will have experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Skills: You will have excellent computer skills.
- Attention to Detail: You will have a strong attention to detail.
- Driving Licence: You will have a valid driving licence.
