We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team at a reputable College in East London. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors on campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet students, staff, contractors, and visitors to the College
  • Conduct intelligence gathering to prevent and diffuse potential security threats
  • Perform body and bag searches, crowd control, access control, and site patrols
  • Intervene in and diffuse incidents, monitor car parks, and write incident reports
  • Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to maintain a positive and secure environment

Requirements:

  • Valid Door Supervisor Licence
  • Previous security experience
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
