  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or Assistant Manager in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies to drive growth.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
