Evening Logistics Supervisor

The Evening Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Coordinating, managing, and loading transport vehicles while prioritizing delivery routes and operational workload.
- Overseeing the daily activities of the Evening Logistics team, which includes scheduling, managing leave, training and developing staff, fostering team cohesion, and handling disciplinary matters.
- Maintaining communication with team members regarding any incidents related to vehicle accidents, operational issues, and breakdowns.
- Providing daily reports to the Transport Manager.
- Ensuring the security of the dispatch areas, rear yard, and all transportation vehicles.
- Collaborating closely with the Order Fulfillment department to enhance vehicle dispatch efficiency.
