Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading defence industry client in Cowes. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology developments within the Radars and Sensors discipline.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop AC & DC power generation and distribution systems, including sizing, protection, control, and specification of power supplies and converters.
- Generate component-level electronic designs for introduction into volume production.
- Familiarity with Electrical Safety Standards and EMC qualification to DEF STAN.
- Design verification using simulation, analysis, and test techniques, including support to EMC test houses and customer installations.
- Experience in supporting new electrical circuit board layouts and upgrades.
