Job Title: Payroll AdministratorWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at Centum Engineering. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll for employees across the UK and Europe.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance, administrative, and tax regulations.
- Manage subcontractor orders, invoices, and payments.
- Administer new hires and terminations, including statutory payments and RTI submissions.
- Prepare and submit P45s, P60s, and other relevant forms.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain accurate financial information and systems.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with Brightpay/Sage payroll software.
- Level 5 qualification in business administration or a related field.
