Job Description

Curia Scotland Limited is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Facilities team at our Glasgow site.

This role involves taking charge of routine and unplanned maintenance across the site, including equipment, infrastructure, and grounds.

As a Maintenance Engineer at Curia, you will contribute to the production of life-saving products and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to breakdowns of equipment and perform fault-finding to ensure minimal downtime
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues
  • Support the wider facilities team and liaise with specialist contractors
  • Partner with the production team to execute tasks in a production environment
  • Coordinate external contractors for PPM and repair
  • Communicate effectively with the facilities team on shift handover activities

**Requirements:**

  • Multi-discipline maintenance experience with a bias towards electrical and including mechanical and instrumentation
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, water treatment, and steam systems
  • Good written English, maths, and clear handwriting skills
  • Minimum 3+ years of industry experience after qualification
  • Degree or technical/building services qualification/apprenticeship or similar
