About the Role

Craft Agency Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Producer to join their team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for managing the smooth and successful running of projects, utilising your expert eye to spot opportunities and solve problems as and when they arise.

You will be responsible for managing processes and bringing briefs to life, assisting on a variety of exciting projects, working to ensure creative excellence is being delivered, and projects are meeting each brief, deadline and budget on time and with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the production process from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external parties to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify project requirements, write briefs, create project budgets and schedules, create pitch presentations, and hire kits across a range of productions.
  • Quality-check videos and ensure they meet the required standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A couple of years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the production process.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and external parties.
  • A flexible and 'can-do' attitude, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • A valid driving licence, as you will be required to travel to client meetings and other locations.
