Rubber Duck Cars is a leading automotive dealership with a turnover of approximately 250 million and over 700 members of staff across 12 dealerships and 1 dedicated service centre. We are seeking a skilled Motor Vehicle Technician to join our busy service team in Hartlepool. Our performance has been consistently growing, and we have been recognized for the quality of service provided to our customers. As such, we require a self-motivated individual who can work effectively with our existing team in our busy service department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
* Undertake vehicle repairs and maintenance, adhering to manufacturer specifications and guidelines
* Provide accurate and detailed reports on vehicle condition, work performed, and recommendations for further repairs or maintenance
* Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations

Ideal Candidate:

* Possesses a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance
* Holds a full and valid driving license
* Demonstrates a flexible approach and a positive attitude
* Is committed to achieving complete customer satisfaction
* Contributes to achieving sales targets as set out by the service manager
* Ensures work is completed to a high standard at all times
* Complies with Health & Safety Procedures
* Complies with Company administrative procedures
