Restructuring Lawyer 3+ Opportunity
This dynamic City firm with a highly regarded restructuring/insolvency department is seeking an ambitious lawyer to take on high-value and complex restructuring and advisory work. The role will focus on debt restructuring and distressed debt aspects, with experience of finance agreements, security, and intercreditor arrangements in a distressed context being advantageous. Clients include all UK clearing banks and other specialist lenders and sectors such as financial services, real estate, retail, and education. The team advises financial institutions, turnaround and insolvency practitioners, company directors, shareholders, and other stakeholders on strategies for recovery and turnaround. About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restructuring and insolvency law, with experience in high-value and complex transactions. They will be able to provide expert advice on debt restructuring and distressed debt aspects, and have a strong understanding of finance agreements, security, and intercreditor arrangements. The role will involve working closely with clients to develop strategies for recovery and turnaround, and providing expert advice on complex restructuring and advisory work.
