About the Role

We're seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at Nextech Group Limited.

In this fully remote role, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with the option to come into our Derbyshire office if you prefer a hybrid model.

You'll be responsible for managing our online presence, creating engaging content, and developing our social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for our social media channels
  • Manage and schedule content using social media management tools
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and strategy decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
