About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sunday Assistant to join our successful Marie Curie team in the Hunts Cross store. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in maximizing sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales by maintaining high standards of display and layout in the shop and shop windows.
  • Ensure stock density is maintained, regular rotation of stock is carried out, and maximum realistic prices are obtained on donated items, in accordance with charity guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience and are encouraged to make donations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate with tact and discretion.
  • Comprehensive retail management experience, preferably in fashion/clothing, with experience of cash handling and financial management procedures.
  • Strong leadership skills, with proven line management experience.
  • A compassionate individual with a passion for the Marie Curie brand.
