Flagship Consulting, a leading Property Consultancy, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bristol. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and be a full member of the RICS. They will have a strong background in construction cost management, with experience working on projects within the property sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage projects up to the value of £5 million.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Coordinate and manage the procurement process, including tendering and contract administration.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
